Thank you for your inquiry on our property.  We do require everyone to complete our Rental Pre-Application free of charge, as a means of prescreening potential applicants for qualifying for the property and protection of ours agents. Only the items that are *Required* need to be filled out.  Once completed it will automatically be sent back to us for review, and someone from our office will be calling to schedule a property viewing with you. Please take a moment to read over some of our requirements and procedures, and feel free to call the office with any questions you may have.

Some guidelines to renting with Us.

  • Please drive by the property before scheduling a viewing or completing your application to be familiar with the location and neighborhood. This is to save us all from wasting time.

  • Completing the Application as a prescreen is mandatory, and no property will be shown without it.

  • ALL of our homes are smoke free

  • Pets allowed varies from property to property and will require an additional at minimum pet fee of $350.00.

  • All applications are subject to owner approval. Upon approval, leases will be signed and deposits paid within 48hours.

  • Current and previous landlord verification needed. (no evictions accepted)

  • Credit and Background checks are mandatory (credit score of 620+)

  • Employment verification is mandatory, and combined household gross income must equal to 4x the amount of rent or more.

  • $35.00 application fee, per person 18 years or older required AFTER property viewing when deciding to rent with us.
